THE LONDON CIVIC GARDEN COMPLEX

The London Civic Garden Complex has a large meeting room called

“The Birch Room”.

It is called this because the lower wall panels and huge doors are made from solid birch.

The north-facing wall is glass from floor to ceiling with glass doors that open onto a beautiful terrace patio. Beautiful seasonal blooming flowerbeds surround this patio. The patio can increase the usable Birch Room space if a tent awning is installed over the area. The London City Rental Staff can assist you with locating a suitable tent supplier.

The Birch Room is capable of handling 80 to 100 people for a sit down dinner, 125 people in theatre style seating, or approximately 150 for cocktails (limited seating).

The Birch Room is used for many functions such as Weddings and/or receptions, Birthday Parties, Business Meetings and Seminars, and Anniversaries or Memorials.

If you plan on having a caterer, the City of London requires that you use one of the following approved Caterers:

If you wish to use a caterer not listed above, please contact the City of London to obtain approval. Insurance and Socan Fees are additional requirements.
