Guest Speaker: Growing Chefs

Learn how to plate your dessert like a chef!
Your plate is your canvas. At Growing Chefs their mission is to get kids excited about healthy and wholesome food.  They use fresh ingredients and edible greens to make artistic masterpieces out of our desserts. The best part is that you get to eat what you make! We will decorate apple cake bars with an assortment of scrumptious garnishes and flavourful coulis.

You will get to learn culinary techniques such as spoon swooshes, dots and splatter to make your plate a sensation.
